Radial Head Fractures
摘要
Radial head fractures (RHF) are one of the most common injuries in the upper extremity, and every orthopedist should know their management. These fractures are usually associated with other fractures and ligament injuries that can bring future complications. For this reason, it is important to carry out a thorough physical examination and obtain adequate imaging studies that allow treatment planning. Beyond the complex elbow fractures, the objective of this chapter is to update current concepts in the management of isolated radial head fractures.
