Patient Partnership in Kidney Care
摘要
This chapter gives an opportunity to look at how patient partnerships can improve healthcare and result in better kidney care. Reflecting on the health professional’s practice by co-producing research, and resources with patients, it addresses strategies and care recommendations by involving relatives and patients in their own kidney care, as well as the care of other patients with similar conditions by peer-to-peer involvement and education.
