Patient Education in Kidney Care

This chapter gives an overview about what to take into consideration when performing education in kidney care in order to enhance learning outcomes for the person with chronic kidney disease. A few aspects should be considered when performing education in kidney care such as the learner (person with chronic kidney disease, family, others), learning situations, content, situation for application and the process.
