摘要

Background: All-Inside meniscus repair is a technique that allows the surgeon to be minimally invasive in the repair. Its technique implies that the meniscus repair portion occurs intra-articularly and does not require a separate extra-articular incision to place or tie the suture repair. Technique: Capsular fixation devicesCapsular fixation devices as well as circumferential suture passer retrievers are the most common technique for all-inside repair. Similar to inside-out access, it is critical to adequately visualize and diagnose the tear in order to anatomically repair it without collateral meniscus or cartilage damage. Outcome: Systematic reviews have shown adequate healing rates compared to other techniques. Some complications with the implants have been reported including loose implants, synovitis, and neurovascular injury.
