Applications of the Wholeness/Spiritual Intelligence Model

This chapter presents the potential application of the spiritual intelligence model in the areas of leader development, leadership development, organization development, workplace fulfillment, and sustainable development. Based on the four dynamic processes of the spirituality of wholeness/spiritual intelligence: awareness, acceptance, awakening, and serving the greater goodness, the inner and the outer transformation process of leadership and management is explored. The ethical dimension of co-responsibility in personal trust, organization responsibility, social justice, global compassion, and environmental stewardship marks the external dimension of the journey toward wholeness.
