Luminaires
摘要
“A luminaire is an apparatus which distributes, filters or transforms the light transmitted from at least one source of optical radiation and which includes, except the sources themselves, all the parts necessary for fixing and protecting the sources and, where necessary, circuit auxiliaries together with the means for connecting them to the power” (International Commission on Illumination 1970). The luminaire allows the light from a lamp to be shaped (luminous intensity distribution, spectral composition, variation over time) to produce a specific lighting effect. Here and in the following, the term “lamp” (light source) includes any form of LED, even if these are integrated into the luminaire by design.
