Intraoperative Risks in Segment Osteotomies: Danger Points and Errors
摘要
The risks of surgery are defined by the anatomy, the surgical intervention, and the chance of success, among other factors. Segmental osteotomies present a particular challenge because they must be performed in an anatomically limited space, but at the same time the greatest attention must be paid to perfusion of the osteotomized segment. The segmental stability that can be achieved may not always be satisfactory.
