Sagittal Split and Mandibular Setback
摘要
Surgical treatment of class III malocclusion in most cases involves mandibular setback. After bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO), mandibular setback, vertical and horizontal rotation is possible. In addition to the standard method of BSSO, segmental osteotomies, intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy (IVRO), and inverted L osteotomy can be used.
