Laser-Based Glass Frit Bonding
摘要
Laser-based low temperature glass frit bonding is used as a long-term encapsulation method for a wide range of products in consumer market and industrial application. Conventional frit bonding is currently done in a convection oven with peak temperatures up to 500 °C.
