Bank Saderat, the second private bank in Iran, was founded in 1952 with an initial capital of 20 million Rials. The inaugural foreign branch of this financial institution was inaugurated in Hamburg in 1962. In 2010 and 2017, Bank Saderat was selected as the fifth-largest Iranian company. Presently, the bank’s workforce numbers approximately 24,000 individuals, operating across a network of over 2000 domestic and foreign branches.
