  • Yaser Mohammed Al-Worafi

摘要

Managing acne in developing countries poses unique challenges due to limited healthcare infrastructure, economic constraints, and cultural stigmas. However, significant progress has been made in increasing awareness, expanding access to treatments, and utilizing telemedicine. This chapter provides comprehensive recommendations for the effective management of acne in developing countries, encompassing awareness campaigns, strengthening healthcare systems, affordability measures, telemedicine adoption, and patient support. Additional suggestions include community involvement, research into local risk factors, public-private partnerships, mental health support, and data-driven strategies. Implementing these recommendations will contribute to improved acne care, reducing its physical, psychological, and economic impact on affected individuals.
