Pharmacy Research: Comparison Between the Developing Countries
摘要
Pharmacy research is a dynamic field with distinct characteristics in high-income, middle-income, and low-income developing countries. This chapter explores research production, online presence, facilitators, barriers, current status, achievements, challenges, and recommendations within these contexts. High-income countries lead in research production and online presence, benefiting from robust funding and infrastructure. Middle-income nations are emerging as key players, while low-income countries face unique challenges but contribute valuable insights. Facilitators include funding, infrastructure, and international collaboration, while barriers encompass funding constraints and regulatory complexities. Current achievements range from groundbreaking innovations to affordable treatments, with recommendations emphasizing collaboration, capacity building, and technology transfer to foster global health equity.
