Quality of Medication Errors Systems and Its Reporting in Developing Countries: Status and Future Recommendations

The quality of medication error systems and medication error reporting in developing countries is an area of concern for patient safety and healthcare outcomes. This chapter explores the current status, achievements, challenges, and recommendations in this domain. Developing countries face unique challenges, including limited resources, workforce shortages, cultural factors, and infrastructure constraints.
