  • Yaser Mohammed Al-Worafi

摘要

The quality of medication registration and inspection in developing countries is a critical aspect of public health. This chapter explores the current status, achievements, challenges, and recommendations in this domain. Developing countries face unique challenges, such as limited resources, weak enforcement mechanisms, prevalence of substandard medications, and inadequate infrastructure. However, notable achievements have been made, including strengthening regulatory frameworks, enhancing capacity-building efforts, and promoting regional collaborations. Recommendations include strengthening regulatory capacity, enhancing enforcement mechanisms, fostering collaborations, leveraging technology, and investing in infrastructure. Implementing these recommendations can lead to improved medication quality assurance in developing countries.
