Exercises in Developing Countries: Challenges and Recommendations
摘要
Exercises play a vital role in promoting physical health and well-being. However, developing countries face specific challenges in promoting exercises and physical activity among their populations. This chapter explores the challenges faced by developing countries, including limited infrastructure, socioeconomic factors, cultural norms, and lack of awareness. It provides a comprehensive set of recommendations to overcome these challenges, such as infrastructure development, education and awareness campaigns, capacity building, community-based initiatives, policy integration, and international collaborations. By implementing these recommendations, developing countries can create an environment that fosters exercise participation, improves health outcomes, and enhances overall well-being.
