Management for healthcare professionals in developing countries is a critical aspect of healthcare delivery. This chapter highlights the achievements, challenges, and recommendations related to healthcare management in these contexts. Notable achievements include strengthened health systems, expanded access to care, quality improvement initiatives, and technology adoption. However, challenges such as resource constraints, workforce shortages, and governance issues persist. To address these challenges, recommendations include strengthening financial systems, enhancing human resource capacity, promoting community engagement, embracing innovation, and fostering collaboration. Other recommendations focus on health information management, governance, research capacity building, and addressing health inequities. By implementing these recommendations, healthcare professionals and stakeholders can further improve healthcare management in developing countries.
