  • Yaser Mohammed Al-Worafi

摘要

Clinical nutrition in developing countries is an essential component of health care aimed at addressing malnutrition and improving health outcomes. This chapter provides an overview of the achievements, quality improvements, challenges, and recommendations related to clinical nutrition in developing countries. Despite notable advancements, challenges such as limited resources, the burden of malnutrition, socioeconomic inequalities, and inadequate data systems persist. To address these challenges, recommendations include strengthening health systems, increasing nutrition education and awareness, promoting multisectoral collaboration, investing in research and capacity-building, and prioritizing evidence-based practices. By implementing these recommendations, developing countries can further enhance clinical nutrition, reduce malnutrition, and improve health outcomes.
