摘要
Vaccine hesitancy and refusal in developing countries present challenges to public health. This chapter explores the achievements, challenges, and recommendations for addressing vaccine hesitancy and refusal in these contexts. Achievements include expanded vaccine coverage and successful community engagement. Challenges include limited access and infrastructure, cultural beliefs, and vaccine supply and distribution. Recommendations encompass strengthening healthcare systems, improving health education, fostering community-based interventions, enhancing surveillance, and promoting collaboration.
