Antibiotics Stewardship in Developing Countries
摘要
Antibiotic stewardship is critical in developing countries to address the challenges of antibiotic resistance and promote responsible antibiotic use. This paper examines the achievements, quality concerns, challenges, and recommendations for antibiotic stewardship in developing countries. Significant achievements have been made in terms of increased awareness, development of guidelines, and strengthened surveillance systems. However, quality concerns, limited resources, cultural factors, and healthcare infrastructure constraints pose challenges. The recommendations include strengthening surveillance, enhancing education and training, engaging the community, and improving access to antibiotics. Collaboration, research, policy changes, and innovation are crucial for successful antibiotic stewardship in developing countries.
