摘要

This chapter summarizes the key points discussed regarding healthcare systems in developing countries. It highlights the achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes. Developing countries have made progress in expanding access, improving maternal and child health, and controlling communicable diseases. However, challenges such as limited resources, health inequalities, and noncommunicable diseases persist. Recommendations include strengthening primary healthcare, working toward universal health coverage, investing in the healthcare workforce, enhancing health information systems, addressing social determinants of health, and promoting health education. Additionally, research, cross-sectoral collaborations, and sustainable financing are crucial for effective implementation. By implementing these recommendations, developing countries can improve healthcare delivery and contribute to the well-being of their populations.
