The integration of technology into medical education has the potential to revolutionize healthcare training in developing countries. This chapter explores the achievements, challenges, and recommendations for leveraging technology in medical education in these regions. Achievements include the widespread adoption of e-learning platforms, telemedicine, and simulation technologies, bridging geographical gaps and enhancing clinical training. Challenges encompass limited infrastructure, digital literacy, content quality, and privacy concerns. Recommendations include infrastructure development, faculty and student support, content localization, and research initiatives. Embracing technology-driven medical education can empower the healthcare workforce, improve healthcare quality, and address local health challenges in developing countries.
