摘要

Continuous medical education (CME) is crucial for the professional development of pharmacists in developing countries. Despite facing challenges, CME in pharmacy education has achieved notable outcomes, including enhanced clinical skills, improved pharmaceutical services, and strengthened medication management systems. This chapter explores the rationality, benefits, challenges, and recommendations for continuous pharmacy education in developing countries. The recommendations include increasing funding, developing local resources, strengthening faculty development, promoting collaboration, advocating for recognition, and utilizing technology. Implementing these recommendations will contribute to the ongoing professional growth of pharmacists and the improvement of healthcare outcomes in developing countries.
