Learning Styles in Medical and Health Sciences Education in Developing Countries
摘要
Determining the students’ learning styles provides a valuable information about the student’s specific preferences (Brown T, Zoghi M, Williams B, Jaberzadeh S, Roller L, Palermo C, … Holt TA, Australas J Educ Technol 25:524–543, 2009); therefore, understanding the preferred learning styles by the medical educators can improve the teaching and learning process, help the educators to update the curriculum and educational programs, and encourage students’ participation in these programs and motivate them to gain professional knowledge. This chapter covers the learning style. This chapter includes the different learning styles such as Kolb Learning Style Inventory, 4MAT learning style; Pharmacist Inventory of Learning Styles, and other styles in medical education.
