This chapter delves into the intricate relationship between environmental issues, climate change, and mental health, shedding light on their often-overlooked connections. In a world marked by escalating waste generation, environmental degradation, and climate change, the profound interrelationship between these domains is increasingly evident, impacting both physical landscapes and mental well-being. In this chapter, we used thematic style of review for the topic and tried to understand each subtheme in the title. Many journals and sites were visited for providing the online material, sites like Research Gate, JSTOR, and Google Scholar, academia. This study explores the multifaceted connections between environmental issues, climate change, and mental health. It advocates for a comprehensive approach integrating ecological and mental health considerations into policy development, urban planning, and public health initiatives. By recognizing the reciprocal relationship between burdened landscapes and minds, society can move closer to holistic solutions that address the well-being of individuals and the planet.
