COVID-19 Pandemic Imposed Digital Inequalities Among Higher Education Learners in Brunei
摘要
Digital inequality means that students across disciplines have experienced hardship in learning. Online virtual learning is a method of learning that has existed since before the twenty-first century, which refers to education that occurs on the Internet. With the rise of the global COVID-19 pandemic, this method of learning has become more prominent and more commonly used, with such learning that can be conducted through the use of learning platforms such as Canvas, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, as well as through sending materials to students for easier access to textbooks, articles, journals, and more. This research seeks to understand the gap of experiences that students undergo while undergoing virtual online learning.
