This chapter presents an in-depth exploration of biologic strategies for muscle injury treatment, emphasizing the integration of acute management techniques, advanced injectable therapies, and the promising role of nutraceuticals. It delves into the cellular underpinnings and clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapies, highlighting their potential in enhancing muscle repair and functionality.
