Rehabilitation and Return to Sports of Hip Injuries
摘要
Hip pain is a common cause of lower limb musculoskeletal pain, affecting individuals across various age groups, particularly physically active young adults. Evidence-based rehabilitation that focuses on hip function plays a essential role to help individuals that aim to return to pre-injury sports and physical activities. Hip pain can stem from both intra-articular and extra-articular sources, with the femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (intra-articular) being one of the most common causes of hip pain in physically active individuals. Therefore, this chapter focuses on the evidence-based rehabilitation and return to sport for femoroacetabular impingement syndrome.
