Interpersonal Psychotherapy
摘要
This chapter describes interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), a time-limited psychotherapy developed to treat major depression and subsequently found to benefit patients with mood and various non-mood disorders. IPT, one of the best-tested evidence-based psychotherapies, is an affect- and life event-based treatment that patients and therapists find plausible and effective. This chapter describes its origins, history, and basic clinical approach.
