Green/Eco-friendly Micropunching Techniques for Energy Application
摘要
Ascribed to eco-environmental competition, micropunching is extremely suitable for the mass production of microfeatures with friendly eco-effects, and micropunched components, such as distributed holes, bear the potential to provide further functionality, e.g., enhancing fluid flow and heat exchange within thermal power plants, especially for the turbine blades, and making a pre-filter for pretreatment as ultrafine membrane in solar photovoltaic-powered reverse osmosis (PV-RO) system. Therefore, the techniques related to micropunching eco-friendly to environment are reviewed, and the relevant potential applications for energy are also presented to highlight the attractive attribution convincingly. Meanwhile, it points out that more attractive promising eco-friendly microprocessing techniques with minimum potential environmental and human health risks should be explored to meet with requirements of both energy and environmental applications.
