BioID2-Based Proximity Labeling in Adult Zebrafish
摘要
Proximity labeling is a powerful technique for mapping protein networks in their native biological context, allowing for the precise identification of protein interactomes. Although widely used in cell culture systems, its application to in vivo studies remains limited. This protocol outlines the establishment of in vivo proximity labeling in adult zebrafish, a highly versatile vertebrate model known for its remarkable regenerative capacity and genetic tractability.
