Analysis of TF/DNA Binding in T Cells Applying Alpha Technology
摘要
The bead-based luminescent Alpha technology is a fast, highly sensitive, and robust method for studying DNA-binding activities of the transcription factors NF-kappaB and AP-1 in human or murine T cells. It represents a reproducible and time-efficient technology, which can replace classical EMSA method and is thus an ideal tool in basic research for the study of cellular transcriptional regulatory responses.
