摘要

Predictive microbiology software grants access to various sources of information, including data visualization alongside model prediction to streamline multiple applications in assessing microbiological food safety and quality. This chapter showcases, through practical examples, the use of several tools, namely ComBase, Food Safety Spoilage Predictor (FSSP), GroPin, Microbial Response Viewer (MRV), and Sym’Previus, to perform hazard analysis and establish critical limits.
