摘要
Monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance = renal impairment with MGUS. Diagnosis: kidney biopsy. Treatment is needed. Pathology reveals amyloidosis, proliferative glomerulonephritis, immunoglobulin deposition disease, C3 glomerulopathy, and proximal tubulopathy. Treatment is similar to that of multiple myeloma.
