Antioxidant Bioactivity of Single-Cell Microalgae Assessment by Electrochemical Sensors

One of the most significant developed technologies is the electrochemical sensors to determine the chemical structures of biological cells and their bioactivities. Besides, the new electrochemical techniques for visualizing plant cellular chemical compositions could significantly open the way toward advanced analytical technologies. For instance, electrochemical sensors based on nanogold will be used to identify the antioxidant activity. Therefore, this chapter focuses on the advanced electrochemical technologies for tracking the composition changes of microalgae single cells. Also, a few key configurations of the electrochemical sensors and their different wave patterns applications in biomedical and microfluidic media progress will be discussed..
