摘要

A screening methodology for the analysis of 46 antimicrobial (ATB) residues has been developed and validated for application in muscle samples obtained from various animal species, including bovine, swine, poultry, equine, shrimp, and fish. This method utilizes liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry using both low-resolution and high-resolution systems (LC-MS/MS and LC-QTOF, respectively). Analytical scope includes a diverse range of ATBs, including tetracyclines, sulfonamides, fluoroquinolones, beta-lactams, cephalosporins, macrolides, and other minor groups. Samples were extracted using solid-liquid extraction, followed by cleanup procedures based on dispersive solid-phase extraction (d-SPE) and low-temperature purification (LTP).
