Determination of As, Cd, Hg, and Pb in Milk, Meat, Rice, and Garlic by ICP-MS
摘要
In this text, we present an analytical methodology for quantifying As, Cd, Hg, and Pb in matrices of animal and vegetable origin. The analytes are extracted from the matrix through acid digestion in a microwave oven (closed system) using concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Quantification is performed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), using Ge and Rh elements as an internal standard.
