Determination of Tetracyclines and Their 4-Epimers in Milk by Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE) and Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
摘要
Tetracyclines are antimicrobial agents commonly employed in veterinary medicine. These substances have the potential to leave residues in food products, such as milk, that may cause adverse effects in humans who consume food containing these chemical residues. The quantitative determination of tetracycline residues in milk can be accomplished through the analytical method outlined here, which utilizes solid phase extraction (SPE) for sample preparation and LC-MS/MS for the analysis of the resulting extract.
