摘要

Postbiotics are a relatively new type of biotic that may have therapeutic potential. They are not required to produce health effects and are thus not subject to the food hygiene regulations that apply to active microbes or their metabolites. Probiotics from Lactococcus spp. have several positive traits, including antibacterial capabilities that encourage the establishment of healthy microflora; also, their biochemical activity influences the nutritional, dietetic, and organoleptic aspects of food items. Each strain must undergo independent testing to evaluate its probiotic qualities and efficacy before being released on the market. Postbiotics contain inactivated microbial cultures or a wide range of their bioactive components that may help to reduce hepatic fat buildup. The antiproliferative impacts of Lactococcus spp. and their metabolites are acted as postbiotics for treating leukemia cells and cancer cells. Hence, in this study, the preparation of postbiotics from Lactococcus spp. under laboratory conditions were evaluated.
