Preparation of Postbiotics from Bifidobacterium sp.
摘要
Postbiotics are bioactive compounds generated by probiotic bacteria that have health-beneficial effects and functional activity in humans. Probiotic microorganisms can produce nonviable biomolecules known as postbiotics. Postbiotics are a complex variety of metabolic products, such as enzymes, produced by probiotics in cell-free supernatants. LAB is widely used as a main or secondary starter in postbiotic preparation. Bacteria and their metabolites have been found to help bifidobacteria. These are Gram-positive anaerobic bacteria found in the human digestive tract. Bifidobacterium bacteria are rod-shaped, Gram-positive, anaerobic, non-gas-producing, non-spore-forming, nonmotile, and catalase-negative. The purpose of this study is to examine Bifidobacterium longum postbiotic preparation.
