Dietary Supplementation and Immunomodulatory Activity of Postbiotics in Oyster
摘要
Live bacteria known as probiotics can help the host’s health when given in sufficient doses. Recent studies have focused on postbiotics made from the probiotic bacterium Lactobacillus, which have the potential as antibiotic substitutes and food supplements for animals. The postbiotic of oysters used as supplemental animal feed is discussed in this study, and the immunomodulatory response of the organisms is analyzed using the spleen “T” lymphocyte assay method.
