摘要

One of the most significant and promising segments of the global food system is aquaculture production. A key source of nutrition for people is fish. Aquaculture’s usage of antibiotics harms animals and fosters a dangerous environment. Probiotics are becoming a crucial component of aquaculture methods to achieve high productivity. The ability of probiotics to activate both systemic and local immunity in both in vitro and in vivo settings is important. Immune system modulation is one of the many health advantages ascribed to probiotics. The influence of probiotics helps the fish by improving survival, immunity, and disease resistance. This protocol illustrates the isolation of probiotic Actinobacteria, feed formulation, designing of the experiment, growth parameters, histopathology, serum biochemistry, and hematology.
