Immunomodulatory Activity of Postbiotics in Goat

Goats are a significant source of nutrients. Antibiotics have detrimental effects on animals and damage the environment when used as medicine to treat goat disease. Many beneficial microorganisms have a positive effect on the goat’s life, immunity, and disease resistance. These goat intestine-isolated probiotic microorganisms are known as probiotics. The probiotics generate a molecule known as a postbiotic, a primary substance. In this study, postbiotics are used as a nutritional supplement for goats. The addition of postbiotics with goat feed is based on the diary supplement. According to this chapter, consuming postbiotics as nutritional supplements may stimulate growth and immunity.
