Antifungal Activity of Postbiotics
摘要
Antifungal screening is primarily concerned with identifying possible cultures from a large number of samples. Filtering the samples depending on the existence of activity will help us in selecting the most effective cultures. Therefore, screening is fundamentally done to determine the effectiveness of the sample. It is not certain that samples with activity during screening will succeed in subsequent studies. The few samples that have been identified as potentially of interest can be analyzed more thorough testing to ascertain their potentiality once the screening process is complete. There is a difference between screening and evaluation that must be understood. Evaluation is the quantification and characterization of the activity, while screening is the identification of potentially intriguing activity.
