This chapter investigates the efficacy of novel anti-aging agents, including exosomes and boron compounds, using the D-galactose-induced accelerated aging model. Both in vitro (skin organoid models) and in vivo (rat models) systems are employed to explore cellular, molecular, and histological changes. This comprehensive analysis provides critical insights into the potential of these agents in reversing age-associated pathologies.
