Cobalt-Catalyzed C-H Functionalization of Heterocycles
摘要
Transition-metal-catalyzed C-H activation has emerged as an efficient method for the functionalization of organic compounds over the past years. This method avoids the prefunctionalization steps of traditional cross-coupling reactions, which enabled the formation of C-C or C-X bond in step-economic and environmentally friendly fashion. Recently, the first row 3d transition metals have drawn considerable attention among chemists due to their low-cost and earth-abundant features as well as their unique reactivity. In this review, we summarized the recent advances made in the functionalization of heterocycles via cobalt-catalyzed C-H activation.
