Construction of Nitrogen-Containing Heterocycles via Nickel-Catalyzed C–H Bond Functionalization Processes
摘要
N-Heterocycles are common structural units in agrochemicals, pharmaceutics, and organic materials. Transition metal-catalyzed C–H functionalization represents an attractive approach for synthesizing N-heterocycles due to the atom efficiency and easily accessible starting materials. Within this class of reactions, nickel-catalyzed processes have attracted considerable attention and experienced significant progress in recent years. In this chapter, nickel-catalyzed intramolecular and intermolecular reactions for the construction of achiral and chiral N-heterocycles are discussed along with their reaction mechanisms.
