Imaging of Noninfectious Arthritis
摘要
Noninfectious arthritis in the elderly is an important cause of joint impairment. The most frequent causes include rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, and crystal disorders (gout and calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease). Several differential diagnoses may be challenging and should be kept in mind, such as polymyalgia rheumatica and remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema syndrome (RS3PE). This chapter reviews these disorders and their particularities in elderly patients.
