Osteonecrosis of the Hip
摘要
Osteonecrosis of the hip is the most common site of osteonecrosis in the body and can cause debilitating hip pain and accelerated osteoarthritis. Recognizing early imaging features can lead to early intervention, allowing joint-preserving techniques and retarding progression. This chapter presents the imaging features of osteonecrosis of the hip, including the gamut of imaging modalities that can aid in diagnosis and prognostication, as well as the various staging systems and treatment options available for this disease.
