The global incidence of hematological cancers is increasing. According to World Health Organization, the highest incidence is non-Hodgkin lymphoma, while the highest mortality rate is leukemia. Traditionally, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and surgical interventions have been used in the treatment of hematological cancers. However, new-generation treatment methods have gained momentum with developing technology. Among the new era treatment strategies, CAR-T therapy, a marvel of genetic engineering, nanoparticles, a magnificent harmony of chemistry and biology, hyperthermia, the great effect of small temperature changes, photodynamic therapy, the benefits of light when used correctly, bispecific antibodies, which are groundbreaking in specific targeting, and the therapeutic effect of low intensity alternating electric fields in tumor treating fields are included. Although the potential of traditional methods is not in question, side effects, drug resistance, and recurrences cannot be prevented. On the other hand, new-generation methods promise to extend the patient’s life quality and duration by offering more targeted, fewer side effects and effective dosing. Considering that it is difficult to completely remove the body of hematological cancers, we emphasize that new-generation methods should be included in the therapeutic options. In this way, we believe that the treatment processes of hematological cancer patients will be improved and their life expectancy will be extended.

摘要
