摘要

This Article obliges the Commission to set up an advisory committee that may be consulted with respect to transport matters. Article 99 TFEU is in substance the same as its predecessor articles, Article 83 TEEC and Article 79 TEC. The advisory committee should be composed of national experts appointed by the MS.
